Carrots & Apple salad
其實我真係好鬼鍾意食沙律, 我認我偏食一向好怕草青味重嘅食物 , 西芹, 青瓜, 甘筍, 黃帝菜, 絲瓜, 生蕃茄都唔會係我首選, 雖然話甘筍唔係我杯茶, 不過今次加咗蘋果中和返, 感覺又唔太差喎 , 鍾情沙律原因好簡單, 切切洗洗撈撈拌拌口味清新易做方便 ,瓜瓜菜菜生果豆類選擇勁多, 材料之多任君選擇 , 真係有排都未厭 : )
Dressing
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
2 tbsp orange juice
1 tbsp white Vinegar
2 tbsp orange juice
1 tbsp white Vinegar
4 cloves garlic
Empty all the other ingredients into the bowl and mix well and let dressing in the refrigerator.
